GIS WebTech Announces Winners of 2024 Technology Leadership Award

Scott joins us from Blue Raster, a well-respected GIS services firm, where he specialized in app development on Esri’s ArcGIS platform. Scott is a great fit with our company and has a depth and breadth of technical experience that will complement the business, technology, and functional skills of our growing team.
